When we get asked questions we add the answers here to make it easier for you to find the answers you need to know.
Where can you paddle from?
We are set up at Kendrick Park in Tempe for most of our paddling. But you can request to go from other sites. we will try and be as accomodating as possible.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our online booking page accepts credit cards and Paypal. On site you can pay by cash or bank deposit/PayID.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do. Just click on the "More" button in the menu and "Cards".
How old do paddlers need to be?
We have Life jackets for children as young as 3. For children 3-6 they need to be in a canoe with one adult per child. From 7-9 you only need one adult in the boat with them. From 10-14 they can paddle their own canoe and kayak but there must be an adult paddling near them. From 15-18 they can paddle on their own but an adult is required to make the booking and sign the booking conditions.
Do you allow pets on the canoes and kayaks?
Yes we absolutely do. we can't vouch for their willingness to stay onboard. If your boat comes back dirty you will need to clean it before return.
Can we bring a group?
Absolutely. The more the merrier. We currently have 10 3 seat canoes and kayaks for 6 people.
