Sunrise Paddles

Service Description

This is a guided paddle experience to start your day. We paddle out 15 minutes before sunrise and return by 7.45. If you would like to paddle for longer you can choose to do that. Currently you need to arrive by 5:15 for a 5.30 departure. Our boats all have lights and we supply life jackets, phone covers and dry bags as required. We operate small groups to ensure the best experience, you can paddle in either a kayak or a canoe as you prefer. The price is per person, so if you are paddling with a partner in a canoe you would book 2 tickets. When booking select either canoe or kayak as staff member.

Cancellation Policy

Activities generally proceed if raining but may be cancelled if wind strength is predicted to exceed 25 knots. In most cases notification of cancellations is provided on our website by 7am on day of cancellation. In some cases less notice is provided due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are uncertain please text us before making the trip 0409901111. We reserve all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity if weather conditions are predicted to be unfavourable or due to other unforeseen circumstances. If a participants booking is cancelled Sydney Rivers Canoe Hire allows 1 year for re-booking of the activities. No refunds are offered. If the weather is overcast or raining (with light winds) on the day of the activity, we will not necessarily cancel the booking (we can provide rain coats). If you choose to postpone your hire the following conditions apply; 1. More than 7 days prior to the booking - full refund or credit. 2. 2-7 days prior to booking - 50% refund or 80% credit. 3. 1-2 days prior to booking - No refund 50% credit. 4. less than 24hrs notice - No refund or credit.
